“Back in May 2018, I was in a massive car accident where I was hit by two cars driving 65 miles an hour…The car accident caused me to have severe back pain to the point where the simplest things like bending over would cause me agony. I was also suffering from PTSD and depression caused by the car accident. I would stay in bed for days at a time unable to function with no desire to even watch TV. My weight started spiraling out of control! When the competition was announced…I decided I had absolutely nothing to lose.

In the first month, I lost ten pounds. For the first time since the car accident, I felt [like] I had control over my life. [Then] in August, I moved with my kids into a tent in Springville so they could go to school while we were working on selling our house. I was afraid that I would not be able to lose weight while living in a tent, searching for a house, and selling my house.

…I was in my tent waking up when I had an “AHA!” moment and realized that I was able to stand up without any assistance. It happened so gradually over [a] month and a half that I almost forgot that I had been injured. This competition has not only healed my body, but it has also healed my mind. What’s the BEST VEGAN SHAKE?

This is a question that I have heard over the years and up until recently I sent people to an online store to purchase what I thought was a healthy and fairly tasty vegan shake, that didn’t have a chalky taste or clump.

It was decent, it was nutritional and it tasted “OK” as long as I doctored it with frozen fruit, etc.

Perhaps you are like me, where fat around the waist was never your problem area. If there were a ‘place to store fat’ it was more the hips and buttocks.

And then something happened….. I went through menopause.

Yup, mom was right when she told me not to get too use to my slim waist. Soon I found myself reverting to elastic waist pants (luckily for yoga pants) …and I was not happy!

I cruised the ‘CHANGE of LIFE’ with relative ease….or so I am told! I did have the inconvenient hot flashes, the night sweats and ‘flushes’ of RED in my face but not the brain fog, mood swings or depression that some women experience. I did, however become depressed over time with my widening waist.

This is when I prayed for a miracle that could help me and many of my personal training and coaching clients. Fast forward….

It wasn’t until a couple of years ago that I found a solution that has helped myself and thousands of others. Not just menopausal women, but anyone who wants to BOOST their metabolism, have more energy, lose the belly bloat and eat less! That was November, 2016 and the birth of a product called TRIM.
