Years ago I read a book called “Integrity is Everything”. I agree, this virtue really is…. whether in your every day life or in business.
Dave and I were with a company for over 10 years and when they were out of integrity (by not sharing the truth or keeping their word) there was no way we could stay and promote the company. I remember telling the CEO, a friend, that I simply can not and will not tell someone it’s a great opportunity if it is not.
In December 2016 we resigned from that company and joined Tavala.
#1 Reason was TRUST and INTEGRITY-We needed an opportunity (and products) that we could believe in and ‘work’….. and at a close #2 was the opportunity. We wanted a business where the average person had a good chance to make money and where the leaders could earn the big checks.
You see, you can have a great opportunity and be earning lots of money but if you are in a relationship without trust or integrity, eventually things will fall apart, including your reputation. Some people thought we were crazy to resign but the ‘clear and clean break for us was the only way for us to be in integrity.

Tavala doesn’t charge its brand partners to join Tavala. They honor and listen to the field and really do take the input from people who are actually in the field doing the business.
Tavala has a simple and lucrative compensation plan. You are not required to be on a monthly auto ship to earn income and customers and Brand Partners pay the same low price. This keeps it simple to share.

They are methodical in building the company and because they are extremely well funded and things are thought thoroughly, they are just leaving the Formulation Stage and entering the Concentration Stage…..with Momentum being the next Stage to follow.
They listen to the leaders, like Dave and I, and have implemented many of the training ideas we have offered. Dave is working closely with the corporate staff and a handful of other leaders to create the “Tavala Rhythm”, a new duplication system and strategy for brand partners.
