When you receive your sample let us know!

Begin on Day 1 mixing a tall drink, adding 12-16 ounces of fresh, cold water to your TRIM powder.  Drink 1/2 of the drink.  If you feel fine drink the other 1/2 one to two hours later.  Some people are sensitive to stimulants and do better starting out slower.  Either way, enjoy!!!!
