I recently asked a woman on our team if she could share her success with another person who is looking to lose weight and feel great.
Here is her advice and it is spot on with what I would have suggested, only she added the MY FITNESS PAL APP, something I do not use. https://www.myfitnesspal.com/
1. Down load the My Fitness Pal app and enter your info. Stay around the calorie intake it gives you.
2. Eat every 2-3 hours. If you are only eating once or twice a day, your metabolism is moving at a snails pace, if moving at all. You need to make it move by eating. (see below, by adding the Tavala TRIM you can also boost your metabolism)
3. Watch how many carbs you eat. Eat lots of raw or cooked veggies. Veggies must become your way of life… learn to love them. And get your protein in as well.
4. Add 30 mins. of movement a day. Even if you have to break it up or two or three sections . If you are out of shape, begin with walking.
5. Drink water!! Drink water until you are pretty much peeing clear!
6. Put YOU first!!
The number 1 reason why people quit is because they only look at the scale. Don’t only look at the scale, measure yourself and keep track. Markers are more important than calories so make sure you are eating. When you lose the weight you desire, you want to look like you loss that weight or more. DON’T RUSH IT, you want to lose fat and not just water and muscle mass. Stick with this and we know you’ll reach your weight loss goals.
