Now it’s my turn…. several days ago I decided to begin using the TRIM again and to alter the times and ways I was using it.
How do people drop weight? Simply by adding TRIM and CONTROL to their diet….nothing else. Many are actually only adding the TRIM thermogenic product (drink or capsule) and the weight is still going down down down….while others add the Control to avoid plateaus, hit the weight loss at ALL angles including blood sugar normalization.

So what is new for ME???? Day 3…and I’m feeling pretty darn good. Energy is high and I am tolerating the TRIM capsule (still 1 per day) and the CONTROL. I have zero appetite but know better than to skip a meal, still my portions are small. I can definitely see why the TRIM is helping people keep from holiday binging and over eating. There is NO WAY I could over eat or binge- in fact we went to a store where usually I want to sample everything (Costco’s) and had zero interest. When I began weight training over 30 years ago (in my late 20s) I realized that the scale was only one reflection of ones health. I actually believe measurements (inch loss) and how your clothes fit is a much more accurate assessment.

I need to eat MORE food and skip the evening cocktail! To me, during the holidays, the holiday ‘cheer’ is more appealing to me than the sweets and food…but I know this is what I need to do and will keep you posted.
