Why We Left Viiva…

People have been asking us why we left Viiva and before I answer this I want to give you a little back ground. Dave and I joined Tavala back in December 2016. It was a company that was different in many ways – a ‘breath of fresh air’ and we had great success from the beginning. We were making exceptional income and so were our people. The company did what it said it was going to do and it was a solid opportunity for both new network marketers as well as seasoned network marketers like ourselves.

All was good and our team was growing- we had a strong team in North America and had opened the Bahamas and Bermuda with down line leaders being the ‘ware houses’ in those territories… as well as some international expansion. Then in October 2018 things changed. It was announced to the Tavala leaders that Tavala had been purchased by Viiva Global. Although the DREAM team of executives at ‘Viiva’ came with great resumes and are great people, when Viiva took over things changed dramatically – in focus, in product emphasis and with the integrity we were accustomed to. (Although Tavala was heading into Concentration Viiva took us smack back into Formulation….just like that!)

We continued to share the new ideas/goals/visions that Viiva had and actually held onto what we had built and for 16+ months promoted all the new changes that came with this ‘acquisition’. I believe we kept hope of a better future with Viiva alive until we could no longer.

Simply put, there comes a time when the things that were promised are not delivered as promised, that you have no other choice than to evaluate how and why you would support an organization where your needs are not being met. Why would anyone continue to put their names and reputation on the line… even IF the products are efficacious? So after 16+ months of playing the waiting game and helping with suggestions in the field, we decided it was time to be true to our hearts. It actually saddened us, but there was no other choice.

There is no way that we will bad mouth the company, that is not our style. What we did do however was to immediately become open to the right opportunity that touched our hearts and something we could get behind 100%. At first blush, the company would have to be one that would be a good fit…a safe haven so to speak, for people like us who love the industry, but are tired of changes and things that are not beneficial to the field. We and many of our friends in the industry want to find our forever home once and for all. We don’t jump from company to company, in fact, the company before Tavala/Viiva is a company we had spent 10 years with.

We believe we have found our forever home, our safe haven, our place where everyone has an equal opportunity to earn income fairly and for business to be predictable and fair. It’s a fairly new company which screams opportunity, and yet it is about to enter “concentration.” Dave happens to be brilliant with numbers and comp plans but even THIS simple plan is something I understand and can explain…. from day 1.
