I was reluctant to take photos but I knew that there are many ways to measure one’s progress. In the past I had run numerous weight loss challenges as both a personal trainer and manager of a health club and knew the scale was only one way of assessing progress.
Luckily I did take photos, took my measurements, weighed myself and even chose favorite “tester pants”.
As you can see from these photos, as I began to reduce my body fat and lose weight my FACE also got more slim.

train… In spite of my healthy habits and commitment to doing MY part, the weight (especially belly fat) crept on me like a thief in the night. I honestly started avoiding mirrors and hiding behind my grandkids whenever photos were being taken…hoping the extra baggy clothes might camouflage my growing “Men-o-pot” belly. This sad spiral continued with an extra couple pounds creeping on every year for ten years before I found the solution that turned my frown upside down!
