It’s inspiring to see everyone’s pictures and read their stories. We know that change isn’t easy and even uncomfortable as people embrace new eating habits and even exercise.
When it comes to exercise we know that very few people have the recommended 60 minutes per day to be active. With that said, we do believe that everyone has at least an extra ten minutes to move their bodies.
We’ve read many stories where people start becoming more and more active as they lose unwanted pounds. We invite all of our valued Customers and Brand Partners to join us in doing what we call the Tavala Ten.
Most would agree that ten minutes of activity is certainly achievable for most people. There are so many options. Of course walking is the most accessible for the majority of people. Start now and breathe some fresh air and enjoy a 10-minute walk, or do jumping jacks, or set up a sprinkler with the kids. Or, head to a park and throw a frisbee and walk to its location and repeat. Maybe a short bike ride would work, or set a timer and do pushups on and off for ten minutes. Your Tavala Ten can look so many different ways. You choose.
